The expert from OICA, in his capacity of GRSG Ambassador to the IWG on IWVTA, informed GRSG about the remaining open issue of the scope of UN Regulation No. 116 and recalled the discussion of GRSG under agenda item 10 (para. 48 above). GRSG noted the progress of the IWG on IWVTA in preparing draft Revision 3 of the 1958 Agreement and in developing draft Regulation No. 0 on IWVTA and the database for the exchange of type approval documentation. GRSG agreed to resume consideration of this subject at its next session.
