Corrections to delete text concerning movable couplings that was inadvertently included in document GRRF/2013/16.

Suggested changes to the proposal to introduce the concept of “revision of approvals” into the UN Regulations under GRRF responsibility in order to align the UN Regulations with the EU Whole Vehicle Type Approval Directive 2007/46/EC.
