Document WP.29/2012/87 is a GRSG proposal (04 series of amendments) to reduce the blind spot on the passenger side of N2 and N3 (medium/heavy commercial) vehicles under UN R46. This new proposal would clarify that prior approvals not impacted by the 04 series amendments remain valid.
