This document is a revised version of informal document GRPE-62-17 intended to introduce provisions for heavy-duty dual-fuel vehicles into UN Regulation No. 85 in accordance with those proposed in the GFV proposal to amend Regulation R49.

Presentation on the status of GFV activities, including for heavy-duty dual-fuel vehicles, bi-fuel gas vehicles, liquefied natural gas (LNG) vehicles, and support to the European Commission concerning THC/CH4 (methane).

The text adopted by GRPE at its sixty-fourth session (see para. 35 of the session report) to amend UN Regulation No. 49 in order to extend Euro VI pollutant emission requirements to dual-fuel heavy duty engines and vehicles.
