Proposal to reintroduce the run-up provisions for high-intensity discharge (HID) headlamps that were unintentionally omitted from the original text of UN R149.
This proposal (WP.29/2020/33) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-nine Contracting Parties out of the 55 applying UN R149 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-nine voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
