Proposal to clarify that Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall continue to accept type approvals granted to the 06 or 07 series of amendments to vehicles which are not affected by the 08 series of amendments.

Proposal to delete paragraphs 7.2.3.1.1. to 7.2.3.1.3. in Annex 3. In 2008 WP.29 adopted document WP.29/2008/98 under Supplement 3 to the 02 series of amendments, deleting all marking requirements and transferring them to Annex 11. Nonetheless, Revision 4 of UN R107 as published on the UNECE website includes the deleted paragraphs. This proposal aims to correct that error.
