Proposal to specify the proper use and behavior of an adult safety-belt used to install a non-integral Enhanced CRS during dynamic tests. These instructions are present in UN R44, but not in UN R129. Therefore, this proposal would align the two regulations. The proposal also clarifies that the opening force applied to the ISOFIX attachments of a complete seat or of a seat component under the test protocol is 50 ± 1 N. |

This proposal represents the culmination of the “Phase 3” amendments prepared by the CRS informal group.
