2. (a) | Proposals for further amendments

10. The expert from Germany suggested activating automatically the hazard warning lights in case of a detection of a temperature excess in the engine and/or heater compartment (GRSG-105-33). GRSG noted a number of concerns on the use of hazard warning lights specified in the 1968 Vienna Convention. GRSG agreed to resume consideration of the proposal at the next session on the basis of an official symbol.

11. Referring to GRSG-104-04, the expert from Germany suggested activating automatically the hazard warning lights in case of a detection of a temperature excess in the engine and/or heater compartment. GRSG noted a number of concerns. Following the discussion, the expert from Germany volunteered to prepare a revised proposal for consideration at the next GRSG session taking into account the comments received.
