Proposal to amend para. 6.27.9.1. to allow an answer-back signal generated by the direction indicator lamp to be operated with a luminous intensity not exceeding its original specification, thereby excluding the direction indicator lamp from the 700 cd limitation on or above the HH line. The proposal aims to remove unnecessary restrictions on already type-approved light-signalling functions while maintaining technological neutrality and road safety.
