18. The expert from IMMA introduced GRRF-73-10 proposing to clarify some provisions, simplify the test procedures in UN Regulation No. 78. IMMA also introduced GRRF-73-11 proposing similar amendments to the test procedures in GTR No. 3. GRRF noted the intention and provided some immediate comments. GRRF also noted that an amendment to the GTR will require the sponsorship of a Contracting Party to the 1998 Agreement before the proposal is transmitted to WP.29. 19. The expert from IMMA invited all GRRF experts to submit their comments by email (grrf@unece.org). He volunteered to prepare revised proposals, taking into account the comments received for consideration as official documents at the next session of GRRF. |
