44. Agenda item 4.2.2, Regulation No. 13, document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2010/64, page 2, replace the reference to paragraph 5.1.2.23. by 5.2.1.23. (twice), and replace “Annex 3, paragraph 1.2.9.” by “Annex 4, paragraph 1.2.9.”.
With 35 of the 41 Contracting Parties applying UN R13 present and voting, AC.1 adopted document WP.29/2010/64, as amended by para. 44 above per the session report, by a vote of 35 in favor, 0 opposed, with 0 abstaining.
