43. As per paragraphs 16 and 33, the expert from the Netherlands on behalf of the Ad Hoc Group on CRS introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2023/12 and GRSP-73-19-Rev.2, to allow use of LTA. GRSP adopted ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2023/12 as amended by annex XI to the session report. The secretariat was requested to submit the proposal as draft 01 Series of Amendments to UN Regulation No. 145, for consideration and vote at the November 2023 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1.
