GRE adopted the document and requested the secretariat to submit it for consideration and vote at the June 2022 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as an informal document to correct the draft 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2022/93). GRE recalled a question raised by the expert from Germany concerning footnote (a) to paragraph 5.2.2. in the draft 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/85, paragraph 14) and noted that it had been clarified by IWG SLR.
