Per UN R981 R112, and R123, proposals to:

  • Rename the element “Segment I C to D” in Table 8
  • Amend the luminous intensity requirements in Table 9, Part B and
  • Correct Annex 7, paragraph 2.1.2.2.1. (a)
. To correct errors transposed from UN R98 and R123:
  • Rename “Emax R/L” in Table 8
  • Change Annex 7, paragraph 1. d).

11. The experts from IWG SLR and OICA presented other draft amendments that aimed to correct errors inadvertently introduced in UN Regulation No. 149 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2020/10/Rev.1 and GRE-83-37, respectively). GRE adopted these proposals and requested the secretariat to submit them for consideration and vote at the March 2021 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as part of draft Supplement 3 to the original series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149.
