Document title	UN R83: Proposal for Supplement 13 to the 06 series of amendments
Date	12 Apr 2019			Proposal to clarify the relationship between approval levels, reference fuels and PN limits for PI vehicles and to modify the calculation formulae for determination of evaporative emissions in accordance with changes already agreed in UN GTR No. 19 correct errors in Working Paper 2019.08 expand 2019.08 to clarify the special provisions, and resolve a contradiction in requirements concerning the provision of SCR reagent consumption data via the serial port of the standard diagnostic connector.
