11. The expert from China reported issues that had been identified when applying the 03 series of amendments to Regulation No. 51 to M3 vehicles with different powertrain options. In particular, he was of the view that the Regulation should be amended with new provisions that would take into account the specific features of electric and hybrid vehicles. |
