Working draft amendment to UN R55 to introduce:

• An amendment that concerns a separation of requirement calculation procedures from the procedure of setting and certifying performance values.
• An amendment that adds procedures for requirement calculation for vehicle combinations that have hitherto not been accounted for in the regulation.
