62. The draft amendment under agenda item 4.9.9 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2016/24) was referred back to GRE for further consideration.

[Document needs correction. EU has no mandate to approve the amended document and therefore, cannot participate in adoption vote. Moreover, since the correction would be needed to an official document, as a procedural matter, the proposal is returned to the GRE for correction. As a result, this document was removed from the list for voting.]
