1. The World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29) held its 168th session from 8 to 11 March 2016, chaired by Mr. B. Kisulenko (Russian Federation). The following countries were represented, following Rule 1(a) of the Rules of Procedure of WP.29 (TRANS/WP.29/690 and TRANS/WP.29/690/Amend.1 and Amend.2): Australia; Belgium; Bosnia and Herzegovina;; Bulgaria, Canada; China; Croatia, Czech Republic; Finland; France; Germany; Hungary; India; Italy; Japan; Kazakhstan, Latvia, Luxembourg; Netherlands; Norway; Poland; Portugal; Republic of Korea; Republic of Moldova, Romania; Russian Federation; Serbia; Singapore, Slovakia, Spain; Switzerland; Turkey; United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America. Representatives of the European Union (EU) participated. The following intergovernmental organizations were represented: International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) The following non-governmental organizations were also represented: Association for Emission Control by Catalyst (AECC); Consumers International (CI); European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization (ETRTO); European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA/MEMA/JAPIA)1; the Foundation for the Automobile and Society (FIA Foundation); International Automotive Lighting and Light Signalling Expert Group (GTB); International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC); International Motor Vehicle Inspection Committee (CITA), International Motorcycle Manufacturers Association (IMMA); International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA) and the World Blind Union (WBU).
