Proposal to introduce phase 2 amendments related to the booster seat category (booster seat with backrest) into UN R129. The text includes all modifications proposed by GRSP up to and including its 57th session (Geneva, 18–22 May 2015) as well as those of the IWG CRS up to and including its 53rd session (London, 2 September 2015). The proposal builds on the original UN Regulation No. 129, Corrigendum 1, Supplements 1, 2, 3 and 4 as well as the draft 01 series of amendments to the UN Regulation (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2015/24) Phase 1.

Revision 1 by the CRS informal group to the proposal presented in document GRSP-58-08. This is an updated version for eventual submission to the 59th GRSP session as a formal document per the discussion within GRSP of the informal proposal GRSP-58-08.
