GRE is invited to address a proposal for a new 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 53 that was submitted by the experts from Czechia and Germany, with the aim to improve road safety by limiting the headlamp classes and to ensure the compatibility with the electric propulsion systems.

GRE will consider draft amendments prepared by the experts from the International Motorcycle Manufacturers Association (IMMA) with the aim to enable the use of Rear-End Collision Alert Signal (RECAS) on vehicles of category L₃.
