The document discusses the status of autonomous driving system (ADS) regulations across multiple expert groups. GRBP completed all regulations; GRE adopted R48 and R45; GRPE, GRSG, and GRSP have working documents under review for WP.29’s 199th session; GRVA completed remaining regulations. GRBP, GRPE, GRSG, and GRVA task forces will disband after June 2026. GRSP AVRS will continue work on Y category crash requirements and GRE AVSR on ADS marker lamps. Work on ESC will be handled separately without a dedicated group. |
