UN Regulation No. 138 (Quiet road transport vehicles).

GRBP may wish to revert to the proposal by the expert from Switzerland which prohibits operation of the acoustic vehicle alerting system (AVAS) outside the specification speed range from 0 km/h up to and inclusive 20 km/h.

GRBP may also expect a progress report of the Informal Working Group on Quiet Road Transport Vehicles for the Global Technical Regulation (IWG QRTV GTR).
