Proposal to

1. Update the RD-ASEP limit line following the revisions of the test procedures implemented by the 05 series of amendments,
2. Clarify the application of the Annex 7 ASEP testing conditions of motorcycles,
3. Strengthen provisions against test defeating,
4. Facilitate Conformity of Production testing, and
5. Correct the communication document.
