Proposal to clarify that the Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) may be generated by application of the service braking system via the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) control.
This proposal (WP.29/2026/15) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-four Contracting Parties out of the 57 applying UN R13-H were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-four voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
