175. The representative of the EU reminded AC.3 that Amendment 1 to UN GTR No.18 providing advanced requirements on On-Board Diagnosis (OBD), labelled as OBD2, had just been adopted by AC.3 and thanked the contribution of the IWG on EPPR to this new amendment.
