Proposal to amend paras. 2 to 2.1.7. to insert a new category L<sub>3</sub>-<sub>5</sub> defined as a vehicle with three wheels with a 2 wheeler-3 wheeler combination module constructed so that a two-wheeled vehicle of category L<sub>3</sub> is combined with a non-self-propelled rear module unit that can be separated or combined as required, provided that either a two-wheeler of category L<sub>3</sub> or a three-wheeled vehicle of category L<sub>5</sub> can only be used at any point in time, and renumber existing categories L<sub>6</sub> and L<sub>7</sub> as L<sub>7</sub> and L<sub>8</sub> respectively.
