Updates to UN R99 tables concerning certain references to International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) publications. The text is based upon UN R99 up to and including draft Supplement 7 (document WP.29/2011/101).

This is a generic proposal to require approval according to a light source
regulation prior to an application for approval under UN R10. It appears that LED retrofit light sources are offered to the market with Regulation No. 10 approval only where they should also be subject to the new UN R127.
