Proposal to align the entry into force of the draft Revision 2 to Rule No. 1 and Revision 1 to Rule No. 2 with the application date of the corresponding requirements set in the roadworthiness directives of the European Union to facilitate application by Contracting Parties to the 1997 Agreement that are also member-states of the European Union.
