Proposal for a new schedule to govern the granting and use of “Attestations” which have been proposed to address whole vehicle approval situations where certain equipment (e.g. Daytime Running Lamps) are mandatory on vehicles in one jurisdiction but only regulated on an if-fitted or optional basis in others.
