When a series of amendments to any UN Regulation included in a whole vehicle approval is changed, it needs to be considered as an extension of approval to UN R0 even if the series of amendments to R0 remains unchanged. Therefore, the text of Revision 3 to the 1958 Agreement (Paragraph 7) should be changed to include the extension/revision criteria for UN R0. |
