Status of work on sub-23 nm particles and work plan for development of brake particle emissions test cycle.

Proposal to extend the mandate of the PMP informal group in order to complete work on new exhaust particle measurement test procedures through June 2017 and new measurement procedures for non-exhaust (brake and tyre wear) through June 2019.
