Notification of the first meeting to work on refinements to the GTR on light vehicle emissions that will likely be voted on at the World Forum session next March. This new phase of work (“phase 1b”) expects to produce an amendment to the GTR that will address technical elements set aside in the interests of meeting participant deadlines for establishing the basic test cycles.
