Proposal for Supplement 1 to the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 25

Reference Number: GRSP-54-17

Proposal to limit the overlap of this head restraint regulation with UN R17 which also addresses head restraints within the context of seat integrity. The amendment would exempt any vehicle head restraints approved under UN R17 from the requirements of UN R25. Presently, only M1 passenger cars qualify for this derogation.
