This prompted proposals to look for similar references in UN R53, R74 and R86. No references to UN R31 were found, but references to similarly 'frozen' regulations (UN R1, R8, R20, R56, R57, R72, R76 and R82) were found. The present document proposes to delete these obsolete references in UN R53 and R74.
