Proposal to insert new paragraphs 0., 0.1. to 0.1.3. to introduce Supplement 4 to the 03 series of amendments to account for vehicles of categories X and Y and vehicles with manual mode operating at speeds above 6 km/h equipped with an Automated Driving System, amend footnote 1 to paragraph 1. to reference the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/78/Rev. 8, amend footnote 2 to paragraphs 6.4.1., 15.4.1., and 24.4.1. to reference Annex 3 to the same document, and amend paragraph 16.7. to specify label placement for adjustable Rear Underrun Protective Devices at the driver’s place or rear area next to the device. |
