Proposal to amend paragraph 1.1.1. to insert a new footnote 7 defining replacement brake lining assemblies; amend footnote 4 referencing the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles; and amend Annexes 3, 4, 7, 11, and 14 to establish special provisions for vehicles equipped with an Automated Driving System, including dedicated activation methods for braking tests, demonstration requirements for test activation method accuracy, recording of braking demand in test reports, and speed limitations at 90 per cent of vmax for vehicles of categories X and Y. |
