The representative of Canada, on behalf of the secretariat of the IWG on EVE, informed AC.3 about the status of UN GTR No.25, that still take most of the IWG on EVE time and resources despite its recent adoption. He said a minor update to GTR No. 25 is expected to be considered by GRPE at their next meeting later in March, and if approved at that time, is expected to be tabled at the November 2026 session of AC.3. He explained that this update is related to vehicle selection, soak temperature and some boundary conditions. He added further updates were being considered together with revised Terms of Reference to the IWG on EVE.
