The secretary of GRSG presented draft new UN Regulation No. [181] on Engine Fire Suppression Systems (WP.29/2026/38) to improve safety of vehicles carrying dangerous goods equipped with internal combustion engines, draft new UN Regulation No. [182] on Driver Drowsiness and Attention Warning system (WP.29/2026/39) to reduced fatigue related crashes and new UN Regulation No. [183] on Advanced Driver Distraction Warning system (WP.29/2026/40) to reduce accidents related to driver distraction.
73. The World Forum considered the above draft UN Regulations under agenda items 4.13.3. to 4.13.5. and recommended their submission to AC.1 for voting.
