21. The representative of ETRTO introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRBP/2026/6, as amended by GRBP-83-20-Rev.2. Concerns on transitional provisions, raised by the representative of Germany, were solved in GRBP-83-20-Rev.2. GRBP adopted the content of GRBP-83-20-Rev.2 and decided to leave it pending until all other proposals to amend the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 117 were discussed.
22. The representative of ETRTO introduced GRBP-83-24-Rev.1. The representative of the UK requested additional time to consider the proposal. GRBP agreed to reconsider this proposal at forthcoming sessions of GRBP.
23. During the second part of the 83rd session of GRBP held on 17 March (see agenda item 5(g) below), the representative of ETRTO introduced GRBP-83-48-Rev.1, compiling all agreed proposals amending the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 117.
24. GRBP adopted GRBP-83-48-Rev.1 and requested the secretariat to submit it to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration and vote at the June 2026 sessions as draft Supplement 4 to the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 117.
25. The representative of ETRTO introduced GRBP-83-43. Following a small editorial correction during the session, GRBP adopted GRBP-83-43 and requested the secretariat to submit it to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration and vote at the June 2026 sessions as draft Supplement 18 to the 02 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 117.
26. The representative of ETRTO introduced GRBP-83-25. The representative of ISO asked if more technical information was available on the texture of the indoor drum. The representative of ETRTO noted the request and said he would consult internally about the availability of such information.
27. The representative of the Group Of Interested Experts (GOIE) on Tyre Noise Level Alignment in UN R117 introduced GRBP-83-26. The representative of OICA acknowledged the work on measurement uncertainty and raised several questions on the activities. The representative of the GOIE agreed to tackle all questions during the next meetings of the group.
28. The representative of the IWG on Wet Grip on Worn Tyres (WGWT) introduced GRBP-83-31. The representative of Japan noted the importance to continue improving the test method and encouraged all stakeholders to contribute to this work.
