Proposal to amend UN R134 to account for vehicles of category X and Y without driver and manual driving controls. The Regulation is extended to vehicles equipped with an Automated Driving System. New definitions for ADS feature of type 1 and type 2 are inserted. Modifications address hydrogen concentration warnings, tell-tale signals to driver or ADS, and test procedures in Annex 5. References to the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles are updated.
