AC.3 adopted a proposal for a Corrigendum 1 to Addendum 3 (FlexPLI) (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1101/Amend.2) to Mutual Resolution No. 1 of the 1958 and the 1998 Agreements on 12 November 2025 by consensus vote of Australia, Canada, China, EU, India, Japan, Republic of Korea, Norway, Russian Federation, Türkiye, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America. San Marino abstained from voting.
