58. The representative from Germany, on behalf of the Chair of IWG on DETA, reported on the use of DETA and updated WP.29 on the work of the IWG at its February 2025 session (WP.29-195-13).

59. WP.29 adopted the extension of the mandate of the IWG on DETA until June 2027.

60. The secretariat reported on the status of activities related to the financing of DETA and hosting it at the UNECE, noting the situation had not evolved since the last session of WP.29. WP.29 and the secretariat thanked Germany for continuing to host DETA.
