Proposed amendments to the Convention on Road Traffic (1968 Vienna Convention) in order to eliminate inconsistencies between the Convention and the vehicle regulations established by WP.29, especially with regard to driver-assist systems and the concept of driver responsibility for vehicle behavior.

Proposal as adopted by the Working Party on General Safety Provisions (GRSG) at its 102nd session to reduce the blind spot on the passenger side of N2 and N3 (medium/heavy commercial) vehicles.
