The representative of Spain, on behalf of the Chair of the three-dimensional H-point machine IWG, by reiterating his statement (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/64, para. 54), that since the IWG had not progressed as expected, the group would be dissolved and its activity could eventually be handed over to a new group on developing M.R.1 (see para. 13).
