Requirements for the approval of: Compressed hydrogen storage systems for hydrogen-fuelled vehicles of categories L₁, L₂, L₃, L₄ and L₅ on their safety-related performance Specific components for compressed hydrogen storage systems for hydrogen-fuelled vehicles of categories L₁, L₂, L₃, L₄ and L₅ on their safety-related performance Hydrogen-fuelled vehicles of categories L₁, L₂, L₃, L₄ and L₅ incorporating compressed hydrogen storage system on its safety-related performance. This Regulation does not cover post-crash safety requirements.

This proposal (WP.29/2018/68) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-eight Contracting Parties to the 1958 Agreement were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-eight voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
