Working draft of the proposed UN regulation on whole vehicle type approvals transmitted by the chair of the subgroup on development of UN Regulation 0.

Revisions to the proposed paragraphs 11, 12, and 13 concerning, respectively, Technical Services, procedures for amending the draft regulation on international whole vehicle type approvals, and provisions for Contracting Party acceptance of approvals. The document also addresses Annex 2 on approval markings and Annex 4 on limited whole vehicle approvals (L-IWVTA).

The proposed text is submitted for insertion into the draft Regulation (SGR0-11-03) in response to the action items noted in document SGR0-11-01.
