17. The expert from Germany introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSG/2014/8 proposing an amendment to UN Regulation No. 43 to cope with the difficulties of technical services located at high altitudes when fulfilling the barometric pressure conditions required for the impact test. The expert from CLEPA preferred to adopt an amendment (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSG/2014/9) to the boiling water test procedure. GRSG adopted ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSG/2014/9, as reproduced below, and requested the secretariat to submit it to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration at their November 2014 sessions, as draft Supplement 3 to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 43. Annex 3, paragraph 5.1., amend to read: |
