Recalling the discussion at its previous GRPE session on an updated version of the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3), the secretariat informed GRPE that a revised proposal ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2011/42 has been prepared, superseding ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2009/123 and Corr.1 to 4. GRPE noted that a definition for non-road mobile machinery has been inserted, as proposed by the Working Party on General Safety provisions (GRSG).
