The expert from OICA introduced GRPE-66-16, containing a proposal to amend the 06 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 83 in order to align the emission requirements for social needs vehicles (currently based on M vehicles) with those enforced in the European Union (also contemplating N1, class 3 limits). 27. GRPE requested the secretariat to distribute GRPE-66-16 as an official document for consideration at the GRPE session of January 2014. |
